#14, #81 started and #100 on the way
#14 - Finished reading my first Michael Crichton novel today, State Of Fear. Overall, I though the book was pretty good. It kept me hooked and I ended up finishing it in just under a week. It mainly dealt with global warming and the amount of dis-information and skewed scientific research dealing with it. It was a race against time to stop a group of global terrorists from causing a couple of huge natural disasters around the world to help publicize a big conference on global warming.
#81 - I finally ripped all my grandfathers video from his trip to the East Coast onto my computer. There was almost 6 hours of footage to capture and it's now taking up close to 50 GBs of my hard drive. I guess it will be good motivation to finished editing it so that I can free up all that space.
#100 - My MP3 collection has now grown to just under 12,000 songs. I just acquired the entire Miles Davis collection which consisted of close to 700 songs. My collection is so big now that WinAmp crashes when I try to open the media library and view all the files in my music folder. I guess I'll have to look towards something else, maybe I'll check out and fool around with Foobar. I've heard good things about it.
